Q. Is “JobEx Member” a franchisee for Global InnovSource?
A. No. This is not a franchisee scheme. “JobEx Members” are motivated people outside Global InnovSource who refer to their friends to jobs posted on the JobEx portal.
Q. Will Global InnovSource cover my Costs?
A. No. As mentioned above this is not a franchisee scheme, hence all costs incurred will be that of the JobEx Member.

A. Currently you have to pay Rs 1000 to become a JobEx Member.

Q. Is any other mode of payment available?
A. Yes, We have an online payment option. You can register as well

Q. What will be my Login ID format?
A. The email Id you give us during registration will be your Login ID.
Q. How long will it take for my Login ID creation?
A. Within 24 Hours of receipt of confirmation or payment made by
you (Online payment / Cheque).
Q. How will I get the Login ID?
A. Our team will send your Unique Login ID and Password via Email within 24 hrs of your payment confirmation.
Q. What is the Validity of my Membership?
A. The validity of JobEx membership is for Life time.

Q. How much incentive will I get if my referral is selected and joins?
A. You will get an incentive upto 50% of our invoice amount for permanent positions (Kindly refer slabs for incentives on the backside of the registration
form) and for contract positions the incentive would be INR 500/- per candidate selected.*
Q. Is there any condition on a person getting selected?
A. The person you refer has to stay in the company he has been selected, for a minimum period of 1 month.*
Q. What is the time-frame for my incentives to realize?
A. You should realize your incentive in 45-60 days from the date of joining of your referral.*
Q. Are there any incentives if I refer a “JobEx Member” to Global InnovSource?
A. Yes. We recognize the effort that you put in. Hence we will give you Rs. 100/- per new “JobEx Member” you refer to us. Please remember to ask your referral to fill in the referral form along with his registration form.

A. Yes. You can refer same resume to different matching requirements.
The status of all the requirements will be shown under My Referral section.
Q. When will my referral get a call?
A. Our recruitment team will verify the suitability / applicability of candidate referred against requirement and If suitable, will call candidate to check the interest of candidate or to schedule the interview with our clients.
Q. How will I come to know the status of my referral?
A. You can track the feedback/status of your referrals under, "My Referral" section of your login. Candidates referred through blind upload will not show any status/feedback update unless used against any requirement by recruitment team or JBR him/herself.
Q. Will I be eligible for “JobEx reward” if my referral is selected for some other position?
A. Yes. The system uniquely identifies the source of the C.V, hence whatever the position your referral joins via Global InnovSource then you are eligible for the “JobEx Reward”. *
Q. How will I know if my referral joins?
A. You can check the status in My Referral section as Joined.
Plus, You will get an intimation mail from our team indicating the date of joining, payout value and the time frame by which you will get your payment.
