About BEL
Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is an Indian state-owned aerospace and defence company with about nine factories, and several regional offices in India. It is owned by the Indian Government and primarily manufactures advanced electronic products for the Indian Armed Forces. BEL is one of nine PSUs under the Ministry of Defence of India. It has been accorded Navratna status by the Government of India. The company has a network of factories and regional offices across India. Its product range includes military communication equipment, radars, naval systems, opto-electronics, electronic warfare systems, C4I systems, weapon systems, homeland security systems, telecom & broadcast systems, tank electronics & gun/weapon system upgrades, solar panels, and electronic components. BEL supplies defence communication equipment to Indian Army, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard. It also exports some of its products to a number of countries as well.

Qualification:
1) B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Electronics and Communication/Mechanical/ Computer Science).
2) MBA/MSW/PG Degree/ PG Diploma in Human Resources Management/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management.
3) CA/CMA Final.
Age (as on 01.09.2023):
1) 25 years for Probationary Engineer.
2) 30 Years for Probationary Accounts Officer.
Basic Pay Scale:
Per month Rs.40,000-Rs.1,40,000.
Selection Process:
The selection process for this recruitment consists of two stages:
Stage 1: A written test and an interview. The written test is designed to assess the candidate’s knowledge and skills in their respective fields.
Step 2: The interview is focused on evaluating their communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and overall fit with the organization.
Candidates who perform well in both stages of the selection process are more likely to be offered a position.
